Machine Structure:
The machine bed adopts a cast structure, mainly composed of a worktable, a movable gantry, a movable sliding saddle, a drilling and milling power head, an automatic lubrication device, a protective device, a circulating cooling device, a digital control system, and an electrical system. It is supported and guided by rolling hard rail pairs, and driven by precision lead screw pairs—endowing the machine tool with high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
1. Bed and Workbench
The bed is a rectangular tube welded component. Prior to processing, it undergoes high-temperature annealing; after semi-finishing, it undergoes a second annealing to eliminate internal stress, followed by finish processing—this ensures the long-term stability of the machine tool’s accuracy. The workbench is an integral gray iron (HT250) casting, which undergoes finish processing after secondary annealing and aging treatment. It features excellent dynamic and static rigidity with no deformation risks. The workbench surface is equipped with well-arranged T-slots for workpiece clamping.
Two sets of high-precision linear guides are mounted on both sides of the bed base, enabling even force distribution on the guides and significantly enhancing the machine tool’s rigidity as well as tensile and compressive resistance. The drive system adopts an AC servo motor and a precision ball screw pair to drive the gantry’s movement along the Y-axis. Adjustable bolts are distributed on the bottom surface of the bed, facilitating easy adjustment of the bed and workbench level.
2. Mobile Gantry
The mobile gantry is a gray iron (HT250) casting. Two linear guide rails with ultra-high load-bearing capacity are mounted on the front side of the gantry. A set of precision ball screw pair and a servo motor enable the power head slide plate to move along the X-axis, and drilling power heads are installed on the power head slide plate. The gantry’s movement is achieved by the servo motor driving the rotation of the ball nut on the ball screw via a precision coupling.
