Under normal production conditions, the average cold-forming cycle is approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while thermal forming typically requires around 120 seconds, depending on material grade and workpiece dimensions. Hot forming begins after the material reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with heating parameters automatically optimized according to the workpiece material and specified bending requirements.

8. After processing parameters have been configured, operators can initiate the automatic cycle using either the start button or a foot pedal. The machine automatically completes the entire forming sequence, including workpiece positioning, induction heating, automatic retraction of the heating assembly, hydraulic bending, ram return, and finished part unloading, reducing manual intervention while maximizing production efficiency.

9. In the combined hot- and cold-forming operating mode, machining starts immediately after the processing parameters are entered.
