Product feature:
1. Integrated machine with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system. PLC control and servo motor drive.
2. Modular assembling for main functional parts, easy maintenance, self-diagnostic function.
3. Punching, Marking and drilling operations on one plate with less labor force and steady precision.
4. For programming, either input punching diameter, position and quantity of workpiece or directly share the date source of design department by the local network.
5. The body is a C type of steel plate welded structure, good steel, and operating space.
6. The machine is equipped with three working stations (including one typing position), and the station switch is automatically carried out.
7. Clamping system which is suitable for different thicknesses of the workpiece, with the benchmark zero block, the workpiece is supported by a ball worktable.
8. X-axis and Y-axis running by the servo motor + ball screw + precision linear guide driven by the dual-axis CNC system to control the punching position.
9. The whole process is automatic, the operator just needs to input the drawing.
