1. Longitudinal Support Roller Table

2. Centering Device
This apparatus is equipped with five sets of centering and positioning mechanisms, in which the two centering blocks are synchronously actuated and guided by high-precision guide rails. In the course of operational cycles, the air cylinder drives the two pairs of centering blocks to move in opposite directions toward each other, realizing precise centering and firm clamping of the sheet material. Its linear positioning capability ensures that width deviations are evenly distributed on both sides of the sheet, preserving consistent processing accuracy throughout the entire production process.

3. X-axis Main Clamp Feeding Device: 2 Sets
This beam punching production line consists of servo motors, precision reducers, floating hydraulic clamps, precision linear guide rails, precision racks and support structures. The servo motor transmits power to drive the helical gear to rotate via the precision reducer, and further converts rotational motion into linear motion through the rack-and-pinion mechanism. Under the guidance of precision linear guide rails, the feeding components execute high-precision feeding operations, thus ensuring the accurate and stable conveyance of sheet materials. The feeding clamps adopt a floating structural design, which renders them highly adaptable to slightly warped sheet materials. This device is characterized by substantial clamping force, reliable clamping performance and consistent operational stability.
The CNC punching line dedicated to flat plates of automotive longitudinal beams adopts a push-pull clamping configuration. The clamping mechanism fastens the middle sections at both ends of the longitudinal beam. This clamping method ensures the reliable immobilization of flat plates with edge-height deviations. The clamping devices are symmetrically positioned on either side of the main machine unit.
